Days to Maturity: 75 days Heirloom Fruit Weight: 2 to 4 ounces Indeterminate This heirloom has a sweet and tangy flavor. The fruit ripens to a yellowish-gold with green stripes. Tom Wagner developed this tomato, but Alice Waters made it popular by using it in her restaurant, Chez Panisse, in Berkeley California, for its coloration and taste. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods. All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146. Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
