Days to Maturity:  85 days Heirloom Fruit Weight:  8 to 12 ounces Indeterminate This heirloom paste tomato originated in Wisconsin.  The red, oxheart-shaped, meaty, fruit are 8 to 12 ounces.  It makes excellent sauce. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots.All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.  Photo courtesy of Ball Horticultural Co.
