Phlox, Popstars Rose with Eye

Height : 10 - 12 inches. Spread : 10 - 16 inches. Sun to part shade. Unique starburst-shaped raspberry/magenta and white flowers evoke a mini fireworks display in mixed containers and garden beds. Heat and drought tolerant.
