Mild, Scoville Scale: 100 to 750, Days to Maturity: 66 days Disease Resistance : TMV This pepper was an All America Selections winner in 1988 because it was the first bell shaped pepper with a mildly hot flavor. The flavor is similar to Anaheim. Excellent for salsa and freezing. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods. All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.
