Sweet, Scoville Scale:  <100.  Heirloom Days to Maturity:  72 days The large tapered fruit measures 6 to 7 inches long by 1.5 inches wide.  The yellowish-green fruit turns red when mature.  All America Selection winner from 1941.  Excellent for pickling. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots and 4-packs.  All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
