Pepper Plant, Garden Salsa

Medium Hot, Scoville Scale: 2000-4000.  Days to Maturity:  73 days Disease Resistance :  TMV This pepper is excellent for making salsa.  The fruit is 8 inches long by 1 inch wide. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.  Photo courtesy of Ball Horticultural Co.
