    Days to Maturity: 90 to 120 days  This leek variety has tender stems which measure 8"-10" long and 2" across. Excellent flavor. Excellent in soups. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
