Baptisia 'Purple Smoke'

Height: 36 - 54 inches. Space: 36 - 48 inches. This variety of false indigo is prized for its smoky purple flowers with a deep purple eye, on stalks reaching up to 4.5 feet in spring and early summer. The dried seed pods add fall and winter interest. This North American native is low maintenance and thrives with little effort. Pollinator attracting, deer resistant, and drought tolerant.This plant prefers full sun.
