Aster n.a. Wood's Pink

Height: 8 - 10 inches.  Space: 15 inches.  This low growing New England Aster produces autumn blooms of rose-pink with a yellow center, on dark green mildew-resistant foliage. This North American native makes a great border plant for fall color. Pollinator attracting, Deer resistant, and drought tolerant.This plant prefers full sun. The plant is grown in a 1 gallon pot.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.  Photo courtesy of Ball Horticultural Co.
