Days to Maturity: 80 days Heirloom Fruit Weight: 1 pound Indeterminate Aunt Ruby's German Green, heirloom tomato, was named after Ruby Arnold of Greenville, Tennessee. The seed was given to her by her German immigrant grandfather. The 1 pound green beefsteak-type fruit has a sweet spicy flavor. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods. All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.
