Hybrid Days to Maturity:  72 days Disease Resistance :   PVY and TMV This 2001 All America Selections winner was chosen for its earliness, yield, pepper size and flavor.  The sweet, smokey flavored fruit can be eaten fresh but are best grilled.  The tapered fruit grows 6 to 8 inches long and 3 inches wide.  Plants are grown in 2.5” pots. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
