Sweet, Scoville Scale: <100. Days to Maturity:  60 days Disease Resistance :  TMV and Xcv The sweet, thick walled fruit measures 4 inches by 3 inches.  The fruit starts out green and turn ivory, then golden yellow, and finally red.  High yields.  Excellent for slicing, cooking, and stuffing. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
