Sweet, Scoville Scale: <100. Days to Maturity: 60 to 65 days Disease Resistance : TMV This pepper is an All America Selections winner from 1981. It was chosen for it's earliness, appearance, and flavor. The wedge shaped fruit grows to 4.5 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. The fruit ripens from yellow to orange to red. Excellent for frying. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods. All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.
