Sweet, Scoville Scale: <100. Days to Maturity: 75 days The name means "horn of the bull" referring to the tapered shape of the fruit. The fruit grows 8 to 10 inches long and 2 to 3 inches wide at the top. The fruit ripens to bright red. Excellent raw, stuffed, or fried. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots.All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods. All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146. Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
