Pepper Plant, Bhut Jolokia

Ultra Hot.  Scoville Scale:  850,000 to 1,463,000. Days to Maturity:  80 to 95 days Also known as the "Ghost Pepper".  A former Guinness World Record holder for hottest pepper.  The wrinkled pointed fruit grows 2 to 3 inches long and ripen to bright red.  Extremely hot!  Use caution!   Plants are grown in 2.5” pots. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
