Medium Hot, Scoville Scale: 2500-5000. Days to Maturity: 70 days This pepper is referred to as Poblano when fresh and Ancho when dried. The fruit can be picked green or after it has fully ripened to red. The red fruit can be dried and used for chili powder. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots and 4-packs. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods. All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146. Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
