Mild, Scoville Scale: 500 to 600. Days to Maturity: 66 days Disease Resistance : TMV This pepper was an All America Selections winner in 2006 because of its high yields, larger fruit, and unique color. The fruit can reach 4 inches long by 2 inches wide. The pepper ripens from creamy yellow, to rose, and then red. The mild hot peppers have fruity undertones. Excellent for cooking, grilling, pickling, and salads. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods. All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.
