Medium Hot, Scoville Scale:  2,500 to 5,000. Days to Maturity:  75 days The hot thick-walled fruit are 3 inches long by 1.5 inches wide with a rounded tip.  Great for stuffing, salsa, and eating fresh. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots and 4-pack. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.  Photo courtesy of Ball Horticultural Co.
