Medium Hot, Scoville Scale:  3,000 to 10,000. Days to Maturity:  70 days The spicy, hot, banana shaped fruit reaches 6 to 8 inches long.  The fruit will change from yellow to red.  Excellent for salsa, pickling, and drying. Plants are grown in 2.5” pots.  All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
