Height: 12 inches Spread: 10 to 12 inches Full to part sun Hardiness Zone: 5 to 8 Uses: Culinary and Aromatic (research all plants before use). The leaves have a stronger flavor than summer savory. Makes a good salt and pepper substitute. Can be used in soups, stuffing and stew. The flowers attract beneficial pollinators. This plant is grown in a 2.5" pot. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods. All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146. Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
