Herb Plant, Tarragon French (Artemsia dracunculus)

Height:  12 to 24 inches Spread:  18 inches Full sun Annual Herb Uses: Culinary, can be used frozen, dried, or stored in vinegar. (research all plants before use) Tarragon has thin, spear-like, dark green leaves. It has an anise flavor.   Excellent with fish, poultry and vinegar.  Plants are grown in 4.5” pots.  All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods. All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
