Digitalis Dalmatian Purple

Height: 24 - 34 inches Space: 20 - 24 inches Full sun to part shade This perennial foxglove forms large rosettes of oblong foliage below talk stalks sporting numerous bell-shaped lilac purple flowers with maroon-spotted throats, blooming June through August. It looks especially nice along fencerows, at the edge of woods, or in large containers. Deer and rabbit resistant. The plant is grown in a 1 gallon pot.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.  Photo(s) courtesy of Ball Horticultural Co.
