Herb Plant, Basil 'Pesto Perpetuo' (Ocimum basilicum 'Citriodorum')

Height:  18 to 48 inches Spread:  12 to 14 inches Sun Annual Herb Uses: Culinary and Aromatic, can be used fresh or dried. (Research all plants before use.) This basil plant has beautiful cream and green variegated foliage.  The plant has a spice and lemon scent. Excellent addition to pesto, fish, soups, and salads.  This plant does not flower. Plants are grown in 4.5” pots. All vegetable and herb plants are grown using organic methods.  All products will be available, while supplies last, beginning opening day (4th Tuesday of April) at Rooted For Good Kirkland (formerly Walnut Grove Vocational Farm) located at 33600 Pearl St. Kirkland, IL 60146.  Greenhouse closes the last Saturday in June.
